
Pecan Nut Cups

Make crust first
- 1/4 cup butter (softened)
- 4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup flour
Chill for about a hour - then press about a tablespoon of mixture into bottom and sides of small muffin pans.
Filling
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 T melted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Makes about 24. Enjoy!
